- Tested/Refurbished Items:
- Warranty: 60 days (from delivery).
- Includes: Technical report with test results (e.g., *”Atari 2600 tested for 2+ hours with 5 game cartridges”*).
- “As-Is” (For Parts/Repair):
- No warranty, but full disclosure of known issues (e.g., “Powers on, no video output”).
What’s NOT Covered?
- Damage from:
- Unauthorized modifications or opening.
- Incorrect voltage/power adapters (e.g., using 220V without a converter).
- Poor storage (humidity, extreme heat, dust).
- Normal wear & tear:
- Yellowing/discoloration of plastic.
- Aging of original components (e.g., dried capacitors).
How to Claim Warranty?
- Notify Us Immediately:
- Report the issue within 7 days of discovery (email support@pandarcade.net).
- Provide:
Photos/video of the defect (e.g., distorted Atari 2600 screen).
Proof of purchase and serial number (if applicable).
- Evaluation:
- We’ll compare the issue with the original test report.
